Theequityallocationplanforyear2018is:Basedon754,010,400shares,theCompanydecidedtodistributethebefore-taxcashdividendofRMB2.00per10shares(taxincluded),theforeignnon-residentialenterprisedistributedtheafter-taxcashdividendofRMB1.80per10shares,forchurchyardindividualofBshareholdersaresubjectdifferenttaxratio,distributedcashdividendofRMB2.00per10sharesfirstly,andtaxshallbepaidaccordingtotheactualtermofshareholdingafterreducingofshares1.
