supervisors and senior management of Anhui Gujing Distillery Company Limited (hereinafter
referred to as the “Company”) hereby guarantee the factuality, accuracy and completeness of
the contents of this Report and its summary, and shall be jointly and severally liable for any

Liang Jinhui, the Company’s legal representative, Ye Changqing, the Company’s Chief
